Housing Committee Minutes
June 8, 2005
7:30p.m.
Town Hall
Present: Steve Gallas, Jim Feiner, Steve Schwab, Candy DaRosa, Zee Gamson, Thaw Malin, Bill Randol, Josh Scott, and Deborah Cini, Acting Administrative Assistant.
The minutes of May 24, 2005 were postponed.
The minutes of May 25, 2005 were approved with changes.
The Planning Boards response to the Warrant Articles is booked for June 9, 2005. Jim Feiner agreed to speak with Billy Meegan about the articles.
The bill from the Vineyard Gazette for $64.00 was approved and signed.
The committee reviewed the Q&A document and Steve Schwab will get his changes to Deb Cini and she will input the changes into the final document.
Steve Gallas will speak at the town meeting about the history of Middle Line Road. Steve and Jim are working on the power point presentation for STM. The articles were reviewed as to who will speak to which article. Ron Rappaport and Bob Kuehn will address the use of CPA funds.
